STAR Project - Enterprise Class recruitment application for PublicJobs.ie, the Irish Public Appointments Service. This application manages candidate application submissions, assessment progress and assignment to client organisations. It provides a full end to end solution from client request to candidate placement. The STAR application operates across the full spectrum of the Public Appointments Service structure.
